Hey Deedee® will fetch it for you. Need to send an urgent present for the anniversary you forgot? Hey Deedee® will get it delivered. Simply book your order online, make your payment, and one of our specially trained female parcel delivery executives will get your parcels delivered safely and efficiently. The service can also be used for e-commerce and food businesses that require delivery agents.

The all–women fleet is a group specially trained by Zaffiro Learning Pvt Ltd, which aims to empower underprivileged women by skilling them in two-wheeler riding and soft skills, and guaranteeing them a job on its Hey Deedee® platform.

You would need to enrol in a 45-day curriculum with a subsidised fee of Rs 1,500 to learn how to ride a two-wheeler and get a license. For more details, please call us on on +91 22 41200480.

For CSR Foundations

With a mission to train and employ 10,000 women by 2018, Hey Deedee® is the first all-women parcel delivery service, founded by Revathi Roy in March 2016. All these women belong to families which are below the poverty line that earn only Rs 1 lakh, annually. Helping the women own a scooter worth Rs 60,000 through soft loans, training them and employing them, doubles the whole family’s yearly income and removes the unfortunate ‘below poverty line’ stigma.

With this mission, we are looking for funding for training the women in two-wheeler riding through our curated 45-day training curriculum.

 

Currently, the registration fees, training fees and funding requirements are as follows:

Total training fees per girl: Rs 11,500

Fees paid per girl: Rs 1,500

Balance fees per girl that requires funding: Rs 10,000

Revathi Roy

Co-Founder, CEO

Serial entrepreneur, Revathi pioneered the first ever women’s taxi service in Asia creating brands like FORSCHE and VIIRA. Winner of NITI AAYOG’s Women Transforming India Awards – 2016, she is now focusing on her new venture, Hey Deedee® – the first ever all women instant parcel delivery service.

Jagdish Gothi

Co-Founder

Second generation entrepreneur with flagship businesses in retail, plywood, infrastructure, construction, etc, who has now forayed into the new age business of funding startups and building value.

Aditi Ratho

Project Lead

Aditi holds an MPhil degree and has previously worked for the World Bank and United Nations. Her research and work experience in the field of female labour force generation paved the way for working on this skilling and employment platform for women.

Kavita Chandekar

Mobilization Head

Kavita has an MBA in social entrepreneurship and an MSW, with extensive experience in the field of social work and mobilization, having worked as Project Head for various NGOs. She works with governments, organizations, and communities to ensure we mobilize women for training and placement.

Nikhil Kalelkar

Chief Training Officer

Nikhil has over 13 years of experience in the Training Department. Having worked at iCare Life and Centrum Learning as a Training and Development Manager, he oversees all aspects of training, from basic training to on-road training and license procurement.

Dorris Pereira

HR/Admin Head

Dorris heads our HR and Admin departments, while also taking soft-skills and spoken English classes for the trainees. She has over 20 years of experience in service management and has been teaching spoken English for 10 years.

Aarti Jharolia

Accounts

Aarti heads our accounts department, handling all sales and purchases. She has over 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Abdul Rahman

Bangalore Operations Manager

Having had 4 years of experience in the logistics field for various companies, Abdul heads our Bangalore operations in the IT tech-parks.

Nandita Chauhan

VP – Operations

Nandita has over 15 years of experience being associated with varied industries including automobile, travel and telecom. Her experience spans across areas of Operations (Data and Call Centre), Operations Management, Process and Quality Compliance, HR – Resource Recruitment, Coaching, Training Delivery and Content Development. She is currently pursuing her PGDBM from NMIMS and also holds a Law Degree.

Currently we operate only in Mumbai, between Cuffe Parade and Bandra.

We will take the responsibility to deliver your goods safely to your destination. For this, however, we need your help. Please ensure that the goods/parcel is less than 5kgs in weight and does not contain any of the following: ice creams, fragile products, inflammable or illegal substances or cash of any denomination, whatsoever. We cannot be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage of goods, once the parcel is delivered and the delivery acceptance form has been signed and received by us.

Our service allows delivery of your parcel and hence only the parcel can travel with our riders. However, we would send smses to your registered mobile phone once your parcel is picked up, is in transit and has been successfully delivered to the recipient.

Our charges depend on the distance covered – Rs 10 per km, up to 5 kgs.

Payment can be made either by cash on pick-up, cash on delivery or by credit/debit card either on pick-up or delivery.

You will receive a call to confirm the order and to receive a tentative time of pick-up. If the rider does not show up within 10 minutes of the allotted pick-up time, please call us on +91 22 41200480.

You can call on +91 22 41200480 to change the booking, if the confirmation call has not been made. Once the confirmation call has been made, you can only cancel your booking if the rider has not been despatched already to pick-up the parcel.
