The service can also be used for e-commerce and food businesses that require delivery agents. The all–women fleet is a group specially trained by Zaffiro Learning Pvt Ltd, which aims to empower underprivileged women by skilling them in two-wheeler riding and soft skills, and guaranteeing them a job on its Hey Deedee® platform.

Four-wheeler training detailsLength of Training: 45 – 90 working days (6 hours a day) Educational qualifications: 8th pass with a Leaving Certificate and able to read basic English Age criterion: From 20 years of age Other criterion: Must have their KYC documents in original and the willingness to work as a rider after the training Course Details: Classroom basic training (road signs, traffic signs, road safety) Advanced classroom (know your city, defensive driving, first aid, end-user training) Simulator training (If possible) On-Road training Self Defense Soft skills and Spoken English Etiquette, grooming, hygiene, and nutrition Basic banking, financial knowledge Work life balance App training (Trainees will need to have an Android phone) Training Fees: Rs 20,500 + GST as applicable per student for four-wheeler training Benefits of Training: Training by experts Rigorous training and assessment Make their passion their vocation Graduation ceremony Certificate 100% job placement
Currently, the registration fees, training fees and funding requirements are as follows:Total training fees per girl: Rs 12,500 for two-Wheeler and Rs 20,500 for four-Wheeler Fees paid per girl: Rs 1,500 for two-wheeler and Rs 2,500 for four-Wheeler. Serial entrepreneur, Revathi pioneered the first ever women’s taxi service in Asia creating brands like FORSCHE and VIIRA. Winner of NITI AAYOG’s Women Transforming India Awards – 2016, she is now focusing on her new venture, Hey Deedee® – the first ever all women instant parcel delivery service.
Second generation entrepreneur with flagship businesses in retail, plywood, infrastructure, construction, etc, who has now forayed into the new age business of funding startups and building value.
Anand Prakash is a Gold Medallist in Mechanical Engineering and has an MBA degree in Marketing and Sales. He is a veteran with more than two decades of experience in the Indian Automobile Industry.
He has now diversified into the Logistics and Food Industries. He is the Additional Director of Hey DeeDee, a last-mile logistics company and EGK Foods, which is the first mover into manufacturing of Birista (crispy fried onions).
A sports enthusiast and an avid cyclist, Anand is also actively involved in several NGOs despite his busy schedule. His vision is to create customer delight by giving them personalised services and a world-class experience.

Nandita has over 15 years experience across varied areas including Operations (Data and Call Centre), Operations Management, Quality Compliance, Coaching, Training Delivery and Content Development. She holds a law degree and is currently pursuing her PGDBM.
Hamida Rasul Pathan
Hamida is an M.A in Counselling, Psychology & MSW. Having 15 years of work experience as a Project Manager and a Branch Manager in social work, she has joined Hey Deedee as the Mobilization Head.

Pradeep has over 15 years experience in the field of Sales, Training (Sales & Marketing) and HR (Recruitment) with the various Industries like FMCG, Consumer Durable, Recruitment and Branch Operations. Pradeep has done his PGDBM in HR & Marketing. Currently associated with Hey Deedee & taking care of the Nagpur Centre operations.
